The facility is a testament to Matthias Zeitler’s vision of building a Nomad Utopia that blends lifestyle and work, featuring amenities tailored to the needs of digital nomads.
The Ministry of Tourism of Bulgaria views the renaming of the street to “Nomad Place” as a strategic step in showcasing Bulgaria’s innovative spirit and its adaptability to the evolving needs of modern tourists and workers. The development of the Semkovo resort is a top priority for the local government in Belitsa and the people of the municipality. A large part of the infrastructure has already been built or fundamentally repaired – said the mayor Radoslav Revanski. The General Development Plan of the tourist area is also ready, which foresees a new chairlift and the construction of small buildings for the needs of tourists.
