The Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre will undergo a significant renovation in the fall of 2024. The largest facility in the Conference Centre, hall 101, will be equipped with a new LED wall. With a width of 23 meters and an area of over 100 square meters, it will be Finland’s largest display screen in a conference room. This renovation significantly enhances the technical capabilities of the space.
Hall 101 at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre is known as the venue for various events, such as seminars, evening receptions and banquets, exhibitions, anniversary celebrations, annual general meetings, and concerts. Its capacity extends to 1100 attendees for seminar use and 560 gala guests for festive occasions.
With the renovations in the fall of 2024, the technical capabilities of the hall will significantly expand. The LED wall consists of three parts and enables versatile content presentation, such as displaying an image behind the speaker and showing a video or multiple images simultaneously. The brightness and contrast of the LED wall are top-notch, allowing easy manipulation of the event atmosphere by utilizing colours, light, video, animation, and streaming. The wide display area also provides a striking opportunity for branding.
The technical solutions of hall 101 and other future renovations at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre will be presented at the Kongressi MEETINGS & EVENTS 2024 fair on April 10-11, 2024, at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, stand 17.
