Carina was Chair of the AEO Council from September 2021 – March 2023, during which time she worked with the Board to develop and progress AEO’s strategic aims on public affairs, diversity and sustainability as well as supporting young people in the industry. In particular, under Carina’s leadership, the Board made a number of specific changes to its Articles of Association to ensure greater diversity and member representation at a Board level for years to come.

In addition, throughout her tenure, she was instrumental in driving positive change, which has left a long-lasting legacy for the AEO that will help lead change in the industry.
