After a successful summer hosting world-renowned festivals and concerts, Bratislava now looks ahead to several medical conferences slated for autumn. In September, the city will host the ORL Conference 2024 for Otorhinolaryngology, followed by the 10th Annual Meeting of the IACS-ES in October and the 21st Conference on Innovation of Healthcare.

The ORL Conference 2024 will be hosted between 18 and 20 September 2024 in Crowne Plaza Bratislava in the historical heart of town. The event aims to organise a congress that attracts both ENT specialists and residents from both sides of the Morava River, leaving a lasting impression of a high-calibre professional event. The programme will run in four parallel sections and will include a wide range of didactic instructional courses. Crowne Plaza Bratislava, with its storied past, will provide the perfect setting for exchanging professional experience and know-how.

At the start of October, DoubleTree by Hilton Bratislava will host the 21st Conference on Innovation of Healthcare Central Europe. The conference FUTURE IS NOW brings together all relevant stakeholders focused on innovation and the development of novel technological trends that have a positive impact on healthcare and the improvement of the quality of human life.

Later in the month, the 10th Annual Meeting of the European Section of the International Academy of Cardiovascular Sciences will convene global experts on the topic. They will meet in Hotel Tatra – Congress Centre and Hotel to provide a platform for basic and clinical scientists to present their new findings. The closing ceremony will take place in one of Bratislava’s most glitzy venues – the Primate’s Palace. Today, it serves as the seat of the Mayor of Bratislava and doubles as a luxurious event space. It houses the Hall of Mirrors, where Napoleon signed ‘The Peace of Pressburg’ in 1805.
