Patrick Howells joins MCI UK as the Director of Business Development. With a distinguished career as the former Managing Director of The Fresh Group and more recently with the team at PeopleActivation, Patrick brings a wealth of experience in expanding market reach and fostering client relationships. His expertise will be instrumental in introducing MCI UK’s innovative solutions to new brands, organisations, and sectors across the UK. This strategic move aligns with MCI UK’s vision to be a creative force for change, building on its successful delivery for clients in the Pharma, Healthcare, and Technology sectors, including Adobe, IBM, and Blackrock.

Nicole Leida has been appointed as the Director of
Operations, Association
Management and Consultancy Services. Nicole’s extensive background includes her role as Head of Conference and Events at the National Cancer Research Institute, where she led the strategic development of events and educational activities, implemented robust digital programs, and secured global press coverage. At MCI UK, Nicole will focus on optimising account operations and ensuring the delivery of cohesive, high-quality services. Her strategic and streamlined approach is expected to drive greater efficiency and success in achieving MCI UK’s goals.

Eileen Law joins as the Head of Engagement 
and Communications. Her impressive career includes roles at AMEE – The International Association for Medical Education and Media Group – DCThomson, where she spearheaded strategies to promote the association’s activities, launched new membership systems, and significantly increased membership engagement. Her experience in managing marketing strategies, brand communication, working with diverse stakeholders and digital campaigns will be invaluable in enhancing MCI UK’s engagement and communication efforts for association clients.
