The Eurovision Song Contest attracts a vast audience every year, both on-site and via various broadcasting media, drawing thousands of visitors to the Swiss city. Many fans will travel to the city even without event tickets, just to experience the unique atmosphere and participate in the numerous associated events.
The “Eurovision Village“, the competition’s official fan zone, will be set up in the Messe and Congress Center Basel. During the competition, Messe-Quartier Basel will transform into a multicultural meeting place, uniting ESC fans, the local community, and international visitors.
The Messe and Congress Center Basel’s facilities provide the perfect setting for official ESC public viewings, numerous concerts, and lively parties. The official “EuroClub” will also be housed within the Messe and Congress Center Basel, hosting the grand showcase of acts during the opening ceremony and the Grand Final Party.
