MICE Business Day is a boutique event created to offer a more intimate opportunity for better connectivity and knowledge sharing. Being a business event, it included one-to-one meetings between the exhibitors and buyers to effectively network the participants. There were domestic and international participants, buyers from over 30 countries, to further increase the internationality of this forum. The entertaining program underlined the mission of nurturing the Hungarian and regional MICE markets through educational sessions and relationship-building opportunities.
The event’s highlights included the introduction of an event application based on AI provided by partner PREMAGIC; and the possibility, using facial recognition, of photo management and sharing on social media. Participants were invited to share event content and photos from the Hungarian website turizmus.com and from the organizer’s social media channels.
In addition to domestic exhibitors and buyers, the event also welcomed guests from international markets, especially from neighbouring countries and the main sending markets. Conventa, a prominent trade show for business tourism in Central and Southeast Europe, attended the event, which has particularly increased the collaborative nature and regional partnerships within the MICE industry.
Tourism Ltd. thanked all delegates and hoped that participants left with a better grasp of the insights for today’s industry, new business leads, and reinforced networks.
