The collaboration between Entrio and Dekod represents a significant step toward creating a leading ticketing group in Southeast Europe. Dekod, a pioneer in ticket sales in the region, has joined Entrio as part of Invera Equity Partners’ strategic investment, which actively supports the industry.
The newly unified group operates in Slovenia, Croatia (where it is already a leader in ticketing), and Bosnia and Herzegovina, issuing four million tickets annually for over 13,000 sports, music, cultural, and business events.
Entrio and Dekod will continue their current operations and leadership structures. Darko Čošić and Branko Silta remain at the helm of Dekod, while Berislav Marszalek and Sonja Trajanovski Marszalek continue to lead Entrio. Jernej Ocvirk is responsible for Entrio Slovenia.

Dekod collaborates with leading names in Croatian and regional sports, including the Croatian Football Federation (HNS), the Croatian Handball Federation (HRS), GNK Dinamo, HNK Rijeka, NK Osijek, and most clubs in the 1st SuperSport Croatian Football League. Beyond sports, Dekod is also recognized in the cultural sector and is expanding its presence in tourism, partnering with prominent entities such as Dubrovnik Cable Car and other key attractions.
