From October 1, Serkan Hüsünbeyi took over as the new general manager of Matild Palace.
The professional joins the hotel with over two decades of management experience, during which he has gained extensive professional experience in some of the world’s most renowned hotel chains.
Throughout his career, Hüsünbeyi has held senior roles at world-renowned hotel brands such as Kempinski, Accor, Rixos and Swissotel, where he has consistently achieved excellent results, proving time and time again his deep understanding of the art of delivering exceptional service, Matild Palace says.
The Matild Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is part of Marriott International’s Luxury Collection.
Since its opening in 2021, the hotel has been home to world-renowned chef Wolfgang Puck’s first European Spago restaurant, the secret rooftop bar The Duchess, and the Matild Ballroom, a reinvention of the former “Downtown Café”, which dates back more than 120 years.
