Surrounded by fairy-tale vineyards and olive trees, in the middle of the Istrian forest, the new winery, Saints Hills Cantina, embodies an idyll – beautiful nature, peace, local gastronomy and excellent wines. The vineyard of Sv. Ante, perched on the highest peak of southwestern Istria, serves as the source of Saints Hills’ renowned white wines – Malvasia Istriana, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc.
Wine Hopping
San Hill Cantina partnered up with two other renowned wineries – the Meneghetti and the Rossi Winery to offer their visitors a chance to create their own wine-tasting tours where they can combine a carefully curated selection of wines with both beautiful Istrian views, and locally sourced food.
In addition to the award-winning Saints Hills wines, the Cantina will provide guests with accommodation in three suites named after white wines: Frenchie, Mala Nevina and Le Chiffre, as well as a restaurant that will serve a range of regionally inspired delicacies with a focus on seasonal food.
