The contract includes support for major international sporting events as well as national events promoted by CONI and its regional branches. AIM Group International will coordinate the travel of athletes and their respective staff from different sports federations, ensuring an efficient and structured service.
The service plan aims to provide users with an intuitive and highly efficient experience, adopting the best market standards and cutting-edge digital tools, in line with CONI’s travel policy.
Among the most important events to be managed in 2025 are the CONI Trophies (involving thousands of schoolchildren), the IWGA World Games in Chengdu (China, 7 to 17 August) and the European Youth Olympic Festival (Macedonia, 20 to 26 July). In 2026, the Winter Olympic Games in Milan-Cortina (6 to 22 February) and the Mediterranean Games in Taranto (21 August to 3 September) are on the agenda.
