From the airplane to the meeting
As participants arrive or leave Croatia, Franjo Tuđman Airport Zagreb offers a diverse selection of halls and meeting rooms. Event organisers have also been utilising the airport’s hangars and meeting halls for large-scale product launches and brand celebrations.
Recently, Creative Pro Adriatic, in partnership with Croatia Airlines, hosted 450 guests, including Croatia’s political elite. The Croatia Airlines hangar was transformed into an attractive airline cabin, and guests were greeted by the new A220 aircraft. One of the most talked-about highlights was the video projection mapping on the fuselage of the new aircraft. This three-minute spectacle, creatively blending Croatia Airlines’ past and future with scenic projections of Croatia’s beauty, captivated the audience.
The conference halls of Zagreb Airport are well-equipped and adjustable multifunctional rooms with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. They provide the ideal setting for business meetings, creative workshops, conferences, seminars, private meetings, receptions and parties. Attendees have praised the peaceful ambience with beautiful views of the airport.
One of the advantages is the convenient location, literally “from the aeroplane to the meeting”. In addition, the airport provides ample and convenient parking. The meeting rooms can accommodate between 16 and 43 attendees in theatre style. For demanding events, event organisers can also leverage the catering at the airport.
