Just over 130 incentive professionals flocked to this emerging incentive destination, nestled between Mount Mansfield and Spruce Peak, to experience top-notch New England charm and forge new industry connections.
Much of the week’s programming provided experiential opportunities to shape new relationships, ranging from opportunities to hit the slopes to exploring local sites like the famed von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort, visits with local artisans, and chances to experience standout locally driven food and beverage offerings.
Events industry expert Victoria Matey rounded out the event, providing rich insights into event psychology and human behavior.
The Lodge at Spruce Peak served as a home base for this year’s Incentive Summit Americas, reflecting a cozy property that offers excellent ski access and a range of other onsite amenities that attendees enjoyed.
SITE’s Incentive Summit series will continue to build on its reputation of introducing qualified hosted buyers to interesting and innovative destinations. The 2025 European edition of the Incentive Summit series will venture to Saint Moritz, Switzerland, later this year. SITE will then take to the seas next March, with the announcement of the 2026 Incentive Summit Americas set to take place on Royal Caribbean’s “Wonder of the Seas.”
