The Nordic MICE Summit returns 4–6 June 2026 in Copenhagen, uniting industry leaders to shape tomorrow’s experiences in the MICE industry.

The stage is set for the 3rd edition of the Nordic MICE Summit. The event has become a beacon for innovation, collaboration, and inspiration in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) industry. From the 4th to the 6th of June 2026 with an extension to the 7th June offering a Post Tour for a selected group of the Hosted Buyers to Helsingborg, Sweden, the renowned Hotel Ottilia in the heart of Copenhagen will transform into a hub of creativity and connection, drawing together experts, planners, suppliers, and thought leaders from across the Nordic region and beyond.

Since its inception, the Nordic MICE Summit has established itself as the leading platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and business development within the MICE sector.
The 3rd edition promises to build on this legacy, offering three days packed with insightful content and meaningful encounters. The summit’s central theme for 2026—“Shaping Tomorrow’s Experiences”—reflects a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the human connections that define successful events.
