Meet Plymouth has announced the return of its annual Meet Plymouth Showcase – taking place for the third consecutive year on 3 February 2026, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at the home of Plymouth Argyle Football Club, Home Park Stadium. The showcase will aim to highlight Plymouth’s growing reputation as a dynamic, diverse, and high-quality destination for conferences, meetings and business events.

The 2026 edition will bring together more than 25 venues, hotels and event suppliers, giving brands, planners and corporate teams a rare opportunity to explore the full breadth of event potential in Britain’s Ocean City. The range of venues exhibiting will be extensive, and will include award-winning establishments, the likes of The Box, grade-II listed, iconic Tinside Lido and a long list of hotels, offering impressive conference facilities in sought-after locations.

Visitors will be able to scout brand new, world-class additions such as Plymouth Pavilions – already the South West’s largest purpose-built conference, exhibition and entertainment attraction, and now looking to unveil its new venue hire offering and significantly expand options for large-scale events in the city.

Gidleigh Park (Dartmoor), a new Meet Plymouth member and luxury country house hotel, brings Michelin-starred dining and boutique corporate retreat potential; the South West’s premier cruising and ferry company, Plymouth Boat Trips, will also be showcasing the newest vessel – ‘The Legend of Plymouth’ – available for private hire, drinks receptions and on-water corporate events.

Amanda Lumley, CEO of Destination Plymouth, says: “As the only city in the UK situated between a National Park and a National Marine Park, Plymouth finds itself immersed in the natural beauty of a dramatic coastline, and it’s a destination perfect for team-building and outdoor corporate activities.”

“From historic landmarks to cutting-edge waterfront developments, the city offers planners an exceptional variety of standout locations, rich in culture, heritage and a sense of adventure. We are really looking forward to welcoming our visitors and showcasing why Plymouth has been gaining steady and increasing recognition, rapidly emerging as one of the most competitive choices for organisations seeking memorable meeting environments.”

The event invites not only local and regional businesses, but also national brands looking to explore new destinations to connect directly with the city’s MICE community. Attendees can meet representatives from hotels – from upscale coastal properties to central business accommodation – visitor attractions including a Monastery and a zoo, and activity providers offering incentives and teambuilding such as watersports, gin tasting, boat-based receptions, and outdoor adventure experiences.
