Stephanie Günther has been appointed Director Experience & Quality at VOK DAMS worldwide. A part of VOK DAMS for 25 years, she has played a key role in the agency’s development and is an important factor in the continuous and sustainable growth of the international event powerhouse.

With the new role of Director Experience & Quality, VOK DAMS underlines its ambition to interlink strategic clarity, creative excellence and operational quality even more closely. Stephanie Günther will be responsible for further developing customer experiences across all project phases, from strategic direction through to sustainable implementation.
The core of her work will be to provide our clients with tailor-made guidance on complex challenges. Supporting them in clarifying goals and expectations, setting priorities and directing content to be delivered in an effective, efficient and sustainable way. In short, she will assist with preparing decisions in a structured manner, making demanding topics tangible.
Her hands-on experience in brand experience, quality assurance, sustainability, and digital requirements will translate directly into projects. The key goal of her new role is to increase relevance, reduce complexity and make collaboration more efficient. Especially in large-scale and long-term projects, she will bring her expertise to where methodological clarity and content confidence are crucial.
