Hosted at the AC Hotel Bella Sky, a modern conference hotel with easy access to Copenhagen’s city centre, and Bella Centre Copenhagen, a state-of-the-art congress centre, the forum connected high-quality suppliers with carefully vetted buyers who are actively organising events in North and West Europe and looking for new destinations, venues, and inspiration in the region.
Over 2.5 days, participants took part in a dynamic program featuring pre-scheduled one-on-one B2B meetings, presentations by participating destinations, city discovery programs, and curated networking experiences. In partnership with the Copenhagen Convention Bureau, MCE North & West Europe also gave participants a taste of what Copenhagen has to offer the MICE industry.

Beyond the meeting room, attendees experienced Copenhagen through a variety of networking and cultural activities. Sightseeing tours, including visits to iconic attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, bike-and-boat tours, pub crawls, and Nordic wellness activities, allowed participants to explore the destination while strengthening professional connections in an informal setting.
Copenhagen’s selection as host city reflected its growing reputation as a leading MICE destination, combining world-class infrastructure with a vibrant cultural atmosphere and strong sustainability credentials.
Europe Congress has three more MICE B2B events scheduled for 2026 in Düsseldorf, Prague, and Valencia.
