Europe Congress has successfully concluded the second annual Events Club Life Sciences Forum, hosted at the Clayton Hotel in Düsseldorf, Germany. This exclusive, invitation-only B2B event, specifically for life sciences event planners and MICE suppliers with experience in the life sciences events space, fostered meaningful partnerships in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global events industry.
In partnership with Düsseldorf Convention Bureau, Europe Congress designed a program for MICE professionals in life sciences to network, engage in meaningful discussion, and meet new business partner. At the second-ever edition of this new B2B networking event, attendees participated in pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, expert-led keynote sessions, and city tours that promoted Düsseldorf as a congress destination.

Events Club Life Sciences Forum was hosted at Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf, a sophisticated bleisure hotel offering numerous meeting spaces, contemporary facilities, and a central location in Düsseldorf’s Little Japan, Germany’s largest Japanese district and home to Japanese cuisine, culture, and entertainment.
Alongside one-to-one B2B meetings, participants explored Düsseldorf on city tours that included a city walking tour, a guided bike tour of local monuments and iconic locations, beer tastings at breweries throughout the city, a visit to Düsseldorf’s former port, now the Media Harbor, a culinary walk through the Old Town, and a visit (with tasting) to Düsseldorf’s Little Japan.
Two dinners throughout the event showcased unique venues and entertainment possibilities in Düsseldorf: EUREF Campus Düsseldorf, an impressive new venue showcasing innovation in sustainability and renewable energy; and Oceandiva, a 100% electric-powered events ship with state-of-the-art facilities and flexible event spaces that hosted a gala dinner complete with entertainment, drinks, and dancing.
Registration is still open for Europe Congress’ upcoming events in Prague and Valencia. For more information or to register, visit www.europecongress.com.
