CEO of the Finnish Fair Corporation, Veronica Lindholm, has been elected to serve as Vice Chair of the European Chapter at UFI, The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. The 3-year mandate will begin after the association’s annual General Assembly, which will be held ahead of the UFI Global Congress in November 2026.
Founded in 1925, UFI has been the voice of the global exhibition industry for over a century. UFI’s core mission is to represent, connect, and advance the exhibition community worldwide, serving trade show organisers, exhibition centre operators, major national and international exhibition associations, and selected industry partners.
Today, UFI unites close to 900 member organisations across 90 countries and regions, directly representing over 50,000 exhibition industry employees worldwide. Headquartered in Paris and supported by five regional offices, UFI continues to shape the future of the exhibition industry from every corner of the globe.

The role of the Regional Chapter Chairs and Vice-Chairs focuses on addressing key regional issues and developing ideas relevant to the region, while fostering collaboration and engagement among members. It also supports the promotion of UFI within the region by encouraging new organisations to join and participate.
“Our Regional Chapters are at the heart of what UFI does: connecting our global community and ensuring our members’ voices are heard in every corner of the world. I warmly congratulate all newly elected Chairs and Vice-Chairs, and extend my sincere thanks to those stepping down for their dedication and service. I look forward to working alongside them as we continue to strengthen our industry together,” comments UFI President Panittha Buri.
