On September 16, 2026, the Qatar edition of EventMania will take place at the Marjan Ballroom, Swissôtel Corniche Park Towers Doha. The event is organised by Amara Group, which leads local market engagement and on-site production.

A format the events industry has been waiting for

EventMania is not a trade show or a conference in the traditional sense. It is a structured system of direct business introductions built around the Event Maze mechanic: 20 tables, each seated by an event organiser (buyer), while service providers rotate from table to table – 3-minute rounds, rotation triggered by a gong. In two hours, the format delivers up to 100 live meetings between suppliers and buyers, replacing the usual hours of unfocused networking with a dense, measurable outcome: real contacts and real conversations, not business cards in a pocket.

The day is structured as a single arc, from first contact to the deal:

11:00–12:00 – Welcome & Expo Zone: registration, badge and rotation card, welcome coffee, Expo Zone booths
12:00–14:00 – Event Maze: 100+ direct B2B meetings in speed-dating format
14:00–15:00 – Stage Show: live performances by artists, presented as bookable showcases
15:00–16:00 – Show Event Marketing 360: TED-style keynote speakers, 8 minutes each, no fluff
16:00–18:00 – Open networking and closing

Who is attending?

The event expects 150 guests: 100 event organisers, who attend free of charge, and 50 service providers, artists and speakers. This ratio is what makes the Event Maze meetings work for both sides – each buyer’s table sees multiple suppliers over the course of the rotation.
