Prague Event Hub has launched a new website designed to make planning conferences, corporate events, congresses and other business events in Prague easier and more intuitive. The platform brings together five established names – Cubex Centre Prague, Conference Centre City, Panorama by Verdi Hotels, Arkády Shopping Centre and Form Factory – giving organisers access to venues, accommodations, dining, parking, shopping, fitness, wellness and leisure, all within walking distance in Prague’s Pankrác district.

The launch also marks a major expansion of the Prague Event Hub concept. Originally formed by Cubex Centre Prague, Conference Centre City and Panorama by Verdi Hotels, the Hub now includes three additional locations operated by two new partners: Arkády Shopping Mall, Form Factory Pankrác and Form Factory The Gym Cubex.

Together, they create a connected event district where almost every part of an event can take place within a short walk, making logistics easier for organisers and the overall experience more convenient for attendees.

“Our previous website no longer reflected what clients expect from an event platform in 2026. A list of venues and a contact form are no longer enough. Organisers want to understand the full potential of a destination quickly, find the right solution without unnecessary friction and move easily from inspiration to inquiry. We therefore built the new website around the client journey from the outset, while also taking into account SEM and the growing importance of AI-powered search,” says Eva Wade-Keszey, CMO of Cubex Centre Prague, the founding company behind Prague Event Hub. Wade-Keszey led the website’s UX concept, structure, SEM strategy, and copy.

Five partners, one connected event destination

At the heart of Prague Event Hub is Cubex Centre Prague, a modern multifunctional venue for conferences, congresses, gala dinners, exhibitions and corporate events. Conference Centre City complements it with more intimate spaces for meetings, training sessions, workshops and smaller-scale events.

Panorama by Verdi Hotels adds 441 guest rooms, its own conference facilities, dining and wellness, making the Hub particularly well suited for multi-day and international events. The newly added Arkády Shopping Mall broadens the offering with restaurants, shops, services and parking, as well as opportunities for brand activations, pop-ups, samplings and product showcases. Form Factory, represented by Form Factory Pankrác and Form Factory The Gym Cubex, brings fitness and well-being into the mix, with options ranging from group classes and guided workouts to tailored active programs for attendees.

Together, the five partners offer 20 conference and event spaces with a combined capacity of up to 2,112 guests, 2,152 square meters of exhibition space, 441 hotel rooms, more than 165 shops and restaurants, and three fitness and wellness facilities. Organizers do not need to know in advance which venue or mix of services is right for them. One inquiry can cover the entire event, with the Prague Event Hub team recommending the most suitable combination across the partner network.

“What makes Prague Event Hub different is the way everything works together. A conference can take place at Cubex, smaller sessions can run at Conference Centre City, international attendees can stay just a few steps away at Panorama, and dining, shopping, wellness or fitness can all become part of the broader program. We believe there is currently no comparable event solution in Prague – or elsewhere in the Czech Republic – offering this breadth of services within one walkable district,” adds Wade-Keszey.

A website built for the way people search today

Nettermedia developed the new website using the latest AI technologies to support and streamline the development process. The result is a faster, clearer and more flexible platform designed not only for the Hub’s current needs, but also for future growth.

“AI helped us streamline parts of the development process and focus more closely on what matters most: functionality, user experience and the quality of the final product. We built Prague Event Hub as a modern platform that can evolve alongside the project and respond to the changing ways people discover information and services online,” says Jakub Glos, Managing Director of Nettermedia.

The new Prague Event Hub website is now live at pragueeventhub.com.
