“Masters of Events” is not a simple ranking, nor is it merely a hall of fame – it aims to tell the stories of the people, ideas, and choices behind these achievements and milestones. The concept stems from the Bea World Top 50 Event Agencies. This ranking of the most awarded agencies at what is widely considered the “Oscars of Events” does not just capture the success of a single edition; rather, it rewards continuity, strategic design, lasting creative effectiveness, and the production quality recognised by international juries.
The key players shaping the future of live events and communication
Bea World Festival is a great, unique and exceptional collection of events and networking opportunities. As a reminder, the ranking is based on the results achieved by agencies from 2017, the year the competition expanded from European to global, to 2025, when BeaWorld celebrated its 20th anniversary.
Through the words and profiles of the winners, this Special Feature seeks to understand what lies behind a ranking position: which choices allowed these agencies to stand out, what approach they adopted, how they interpreted the evolution of live communication, what skills they built, and, above all, which people turned a vision into an organisation capable of competing on the world stage.

The special Masters of Events edition will be distributed during Bea World on November 26-27, 2026, and will also be available online. Additionally, the Bea World newsletter will feature its pages. The special issue will be distributed in 30,000 copies (including 5,000 printed copies) to opinion leaders and professionals in the international communication industry, such as CEOs and marketing and communication managers of major companies. The magazine is also distributed to heads of communication and PR agencies, as well as industry suppliers.
