Visual Europe, the largest Central European high-tech company for AV technologies and event production, co-created the Conventa tradeshow 2022. The event took place between 23 and 26 August in Ljubljana. Visual Europe provided and showcased cutting-edge technology, thus captivating attendees with an unparalleled show.

This year’s edition of Conventa was groundbreaking for Visual Europe as the trade show proved to be a platform for showcasing its extensive portfolio and innovative technology solutions. In front of the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, the Budapest-based company set up an illuminated sign that enticed participants to learn more about the company’s spectacular solutions for event production.

Unforgettable video-mapping show in Ljubljana

A gala dinner on the first day of Conventa was held at Cukarna Art Gallery, where Visual Europe prepared a mesmerising video mapping show. Attendees could try their luck at Pac-Man, which was played on the walls of the venue. Participants were fascinated by the show put on by the Hungarian company. Consolidating its partnership with Conventa, Visual Europe sees the trade show as crucial for expanding its footprint in Central Europe.

János F. Fazakas, Head of Strategic Development at Visual Europe, explained: “This year, we brought our fresh approach, state-of-the-art technology and know-how to Conventa. The trade show recognised our unmatched quality, and we look forward to furthering our cooperation.”

During the course of Conventa, hosted buyers held meetings with the Visual Europe Group’s representatives and discussed future cooperation. At their stand, the company offered an insight into the world of event production, which includes the Sziget music festival, Balaton Sound and many other international events.

Visual Europe won the Conventa Best Event Award in the B2I category

On the last day of Conventa Week, Visual Europe was presented with the Conventa Best Event Award in the B2I category for their project Planet Budapest. The coveted award is yet another among their internationally-awarded projects.
