Echoes of Responsibility
This year’s report highlights AIM Group International’s evolution towards a fully integrated sustainability model. In 2024 over 100 team members completed ESG training to embed shared responsibility across every function, 87,5% of procurement was directed to local suppliers, and a four-pillar “4Rs” (Reduction, Reuse, Recycling, and Recovery) waste-management policy was rolled out. On the social front, a new Diversity & Inclusion Policy was promoted to ensure gender balance at all levels, and health, well-being and accessibility were woven into every event.
“Looking ahead to 2025, we will join the Science Based Targets initiative, achieve zero waste in core operations, cut event waste by 50% and secure an EcoVadis Bronze rating”, reflects Patrizia Semprebene Buongiorno, Vice President of AIM Group International. “Sustainability is no longer a separate pillar; it’s embedded in how we think, act, and create value, within our Group and across the ecosystem we serve.”
