“Newgreens is set to redefine how Sydney celebrates and connects,” says Newgreens Chatswood general manager Michael Fantuz. “Our event spaces balance sophistication and flexibility, whether you’re hosting an intimate board meeting, a team celebration or an end-of-year gathering for up to 200 guests.”
Opening as Newgreens’ largest venue, the Ballroom seats up to 160, or 200 for cocktail-style events. Configurable into three smaller rooms, it offers an adaptable setting for conferences, weddings, awards nights and festive banquets.
Beyond its function spaces, Newgreens offers an experience unlike any other on the North Shore. Guests can indulge in refined Italian dining at Dodici, led by head chef Fabio Durpetti, or enjoy approachable, all-day fare at Tempo, from breakfast through to casual dinners.
In early 2026, the precinct will also unveil Australia’s first purpose-built 12-hole golf course — designed for modern schedules and ideal for corporate golf days and client entertainment. Complementing the course are expansive practice facilities and a curated golf retail offering.
The wellness facility adds another layer to the destination, offering a state-of-the-art gym, specialised group fitness classes and a heated hydrotherapy pool.
Designed by Marchese Partners with interiors by Nic Graham (QT Hotels, W Hotels), the clubhouse sets a contemporary yet welcoming stage for memorable gatherings, upscale dining and moments of connection.
