The global meetings and events community is set to gather in Ljubljana for the ICCA Central European Chapter (CEC) meeting 2026, with official registration now open. Scheduled to take place from 6–8 September 2026, the much-anticipated industry event will be hosted by Ljubljana Tourism and a group of strategic partners, with Cankarjev dom serving as the main stage.

A landmark event for Ljubljana and the region

The ICCA CEC meeting serves as a central platform for ICCA professionals in the international meetings, conferences, and events sector in Central Europe. It offers a curated programme of seminars, networking opportunities, and social activities designed to foster collaboration, share best practices, and explore emerging trends shaping the future of global events.

Registration fees and categories

Participants can take advantage of a tiered registration structure:

– ICCA members can benefit from the early-bird fee until 10 July 2026: 375 EUR
– Late registration (from 11 July 2026): 399 EUR
– Young professionals (under 30): 205 EUR
– Observers/non-members: 430 EUR
– Accompanying persons: 165 EUR

Attendees may also opt to participate in the Unicorn Awards Winners Ceremony on 8 September at 19:30 for an additional 75 EUR. This event is not included in the standard registration fee and requires a separate booking.

The event will bring together about 100–120 ICCA members for three days of targeted networking, knowledge exchange, and professional engagement. Activities start on the afternoon of 6 September, with a program designed to balance high-value content and meaningful networking opportunities. ICCA CEC 2026 in Ljubljana is designed as a strategically curated experience combining professional rigour, innovative content formats, and strong community engagement to deliver tangible value to Central European meetings industry professionals.
