Over 2.5 immersive days of networking and destination discovery, participants attended match-made, one-to-one B2B meetings, networking events at major MICE venues across the city, and destination-focused activities showcasing the best of Prague, while immersing themselves in Czechia’s historic capital through city tours and site inspections.
The event featured two dinner evenings hosted at some of Prague’s biggest event venues—the upscale Hilton Prague, which boasts one of Europe’s largest conference facilities and stunning views of the Vltava River; and Maj House of Fun, a multi-story venue with a rooftop bar, panoramic views of Prague, and floors of arcade games, shops, and cafés.
The event brought together 200+ selected participants from across Europe, the US, and Asia. Through a unique combination of exhibition and one-on-one meetings, event planners had the chance to meet with 130+ suppliers based on the regions and services they were most interested in. Networking lunches, city tours, and coffee breaks provided extended opportunities for collaboration.

For the fifth consecutive year, Events Club Forum was hosted at Prague Congress Centre, the top congress centre in Czechia, which hosts over 200 events per year. Considered the most beautiful city in the world, centrally located in Europe with easy flight connections worldwide, and full of history, varied event spaces, and nightlife, Prague proved once again to be an ideal setting for events of all sizes.
Limited spots are still available for Europe Congress’ final event of 2026 in Valencia, Spain. For more information or to register, visit www.europecongress.com.
