Q: What is the best part of your job?
Assisting and getting to know a big variety of guests, skills, businesses and connecting to people within a relatively short period. The result is a bunch of interesting stories and connections for the future or at least the memory book. Every day is a new unique story.
Q: What would make your job easier?
If everyone spoke one language or everyone understood the reasoning behind my thinking – reading minds upon request (so that they could instantly understand what I mean, or correct me and teach me) – in essence making communication easier.
Q: What was your best idea last year?
Starting to understand “balance”. So, trying to find balance in all things and with time, making it so.
Q: The most memorable event for you?
Meeting certain guests, who were so impressed with the service, that we not only remain in contact on a regular basis but talk and sometimes even meet. Also quickly earning the trust of high-end guests and as a result, for example: driving a Rolls Royce as a 25-year-old. It gives a certain sense of accomplishment and I consider gaining that trust, a personal achievement.
