Hunt for the Istrian white truffle, one of the most renowned in the world, near Gračišće and Livade, accompanied by a professional truffle hunter and a trained dog. The guests go deep into the Istrian forests and spend approximately three hours searching for Istrian white or black truffles, depending on the season. Guests can keep all the truffles they find during the hunt and take them home to prepare delicious gourmand specialties or they can give the truffles to the professional staff at the Zigante restaurant and taste them free.
