Q: How would you describe the event and what were the key objectives?
MasterCard is a technology company and payments industry leader. For more than four decades they have been a driving force at the heart of commerce, making the global economy safer, more efficient, more inclusive and more transparent for all. Consumers, merchants, business partners and governments in markets around the world have reaped the benefits of their innovative products and solutions which, simply put, are designed to make life easier. This year, MasterCard has chosen Montenegro for their conference, where they have hosted most important clients from Russia. MasterCard utilized this event to motivate their clients. They want them to network and also build their knowledge about the company and the different products and services.
KEY CHALLENGES
The key challenge for this event was finding an unusual conference venue, as well as a gala venue and getting out of the framework of regular.
CREATIVITY
Organizing a conference is a lot of fun, but requires a lot of hard work, too. Conferences come in many shapes and sizes, but all need to be well organized. While small and large, local and farther-reaching conferences have different needs, there are some organizing guidelines that work for most.
We are aware that the right venue is the foundation of any event. It’s not always just about the meeting facilities in the hotels, our clients can also choose between many special locations, and we transform unexpected spaces into masterpieces of design. For this group we came out with idea of having conference in luxury tent in hotel area. On the last evening, Gala dinner took place at charming seaside hideaway Aman resort, with lush grounds and stunning sea view.
INNOVATION
An outdoor conference is a great way to bring an extra level to a working day. The tent was a great solution. This, both waterproof and fire-proof tent, was as stunning inside as outside. Each component was made using the highest quality materials, with structures adhere to strict standards, which would withstand bad weather and winds.
After the group finished the working part of the conference it was time for a Gala evening. The evening began with an unusual dinner in a luxurious tent. Following the dinner, participants enjoyed a spectacular DJ show.
