GIVING BACK TO THE SOCIETY
Q: The readers of Kongres magazine chose you as one of the most influential people in the South East European Meetings industry. What does this recognition mean to you?
For me, the most important thing is the reason behind a persons familiarity and what they do with their power. Of course, I am curious how I am one of the most influential people in SEE Meeting industry. If I am chosen by people, who respect my behaviour and actions, then I thank them for that.
Q: If you look back at the 2016, what would you say were your major achievements?
It is not easy to choose. Is it the fact that we received again about 3,500 managers and business leaders in our school, that we gave back a nice number of well-educated executives, that we decided together with a renowned Chinese partner school to launch a global master’s program (Global MBA), or that we had a very successful conference on “Women Leaders, Agents of change in Europe” …
Q: 3. 2017 – New Year, new plans, new business objectives?
To launch an Institute on Sustainability, to organise an excellent conference in South Africa on “Women, Agents of Change in Africa”, and implementing, what we have started this year.
Q: Which event are you looking forward to attend next year and why?
I am very much looking forward to the conference in South Africa and the Annual Conference of CEEMAN (the association of management development institutions in dynamic societies) in China.
Q: Which trends do you believe will shape the meetings industry in 2017?
I believe everything depends on actual political and economic situation in the Region. And on intuition of the leaders in the meeting industry.
Q: What is your wish for 2017?
My wish to myself and all of you is good health and inspiration to make the world more beautiful.
