The November issue of Kongres Magazine is breaking new records! In only three days the magazine got 49.679 views on-line and was downloaded 1.036 times. With already 46 issues under its belt, Kongres Magazine has proved once again why it is the leading communications medium in the field of meetings industry in Central and South East Europe.
Gorazd Čad, Editor-In-Chief of Kongres Magazine: “Seven years ago we started publishing Kongres magazine, which soon became a source of information for event organisers and the entire meetings industry of the region. We put a lot of hard work and long nights into the magazine over the years. We are happy to see out time was not wasted. The numbers don’t lie. To see our readership growing every month and to get positive and encouraging feedback from our partners is really amazing. Moments like this keep us going onwards and upwards!”
The magazine has changed a lot over the years. Gorazd Čad: “We listened to our readers and followed the trends. In 2013 we introduced a fresh image of the magazine and in the beginning of this year we renovated the web site. Many new columns were added, we have been visiting and rating interesting meetings destinations and reporting about the best venues, talking to key meeting industry players and revealing their secrets for success, conducted researches, releasing special issues… We always try to bring something new to the table and think out of the box. Becoming more sustainable was also one of our top priorities. We turned our focus on digital distribution and downsized the print. We now offer the magazine in an environmentally-friendly digital format and ensure a free download for everybody.”
