[pullquote]Projects of this scope and importance require creativity, flexibility, experience and capability in equal measure.[/pullquote] Under the guiding theme “The Next 100 Years” BMW Group celebrated 100 years of entering into the commercial register with more than 2,000 international guests from business and politics, research, society and the media along with selected dealers, suppliers and associates in Munich’s Olympic hall on the 7th of March 2016.
A spectacular kick-off, for which the event specialists of communications agency VOK DAMS were responsible as lead agency.
Lead by narrator Rufus Beck the audience was involved and became part of a holistic, emotional production with projections, music, song, poetry, interactive and kinetic performances.
For this production VOK DAMS was able to win over the internationally renown media artist Andree Verleger as well as the specialists of the Düsseldorf based media production congaz visual media company.
The VOK DAMS group as one of the internationally leading agencies for events and live-marketing is one of the premier addresses for grand projects of this type.
In this case, too, the internationally experienced project management was able to incorporate its comprehensive competence in implementing grand-scale projects. On the one hand it had to ensure organizational perfection of the complex sequences and supervise all involved crafts, on the other hand emphasis was on the personal address of the guests and on the individual handling of all personal wishes, to emphasize the host’s understanding of service.
With great attention to detail the guest management unit of VOK DAMS presented a service concept which embodied this BMW spirit and had guests experience it first-hand. 25 years of experience and the application of the most innovative technology to register and steer the visitors, rounded off the supporting concept of the agency.
Colja M. Dams, CEO VOK DAMS Group:
“BMW “The Next 100 Years“: a centenary project, in the truest sense of the word. Here, all stops had to be pulled out – and all were pulled out. A result to be proud of. And we are proud that we were able to participate in this event. Our thanks go to BMW for their confidence in our work, to the BMW-team for the dedicated cooperation, to our employees for their commitment and the excellent performance and to all our project partners for this amazing overall result.”
