On 6th of May, economy and science will meet at the 12th Nanotechnology day. Only a day later, on 7th of May, the exhibition floor will be filled with lovers of photography who will be able to attend numerous lectures of top experts, preview and test innovations in the photo industry, as well as buy used photographic equipment at the Ljubljana Photography Fair.
The 12th Nanotechnology day organized by Janez Škrlec, founder of the Committee on Science and Technology at the Chambers of craft and small business of Republic of Slovenia and a longtime member of the Council for Science and Technology of the Republic of Slovenia, will be attended mainly by prominent representatives of institutes, ministries and economy. The conference with the main theme “Meeting the future” will focus on nanotechnology building blocks of next-generation bionic hands, challenges in communication brain – machine, processing of information in electronic and cellular systems, medicine and upcoming technological revolution,…The event will be held in Urška hall that can in theater style fit up to 500 delegates.
The 5th Ljubljana Photography Fair will be held for the first time in Stebrna hall that is with 1.310 square meters ideal for an exhibition of this size. The aim of the organizers is that the exhibition becomes a meeting point for all those involved with photography whether it is professional or amateur. Visitors will be able to view and test the latest technological equipment developed by international firms like Canon, Sony, Nikon, Sigma, Epson, Dell, etc. The event will, as in previous years offered a platform to discuss current professional issues and to exchange knowledge, experience, ideas and views on the further development of the photography, regardless of the form and purpose.
