Travelers’ Choice award are the highest honor TripAdvisor can bestow. In the 15th year of the awards, TripAdvisor has highlighted the world’s top properties based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from travelers around the globe. These annual awards reflect »the best of the best« for service, quality, and customer satisfaction, from hotels and accommodations to destinations, attractions, and even brands and products.
Winners were selected in the following categories: Top Hotels, Luxury, Small, Bargain, B&B’s, Service, Inns, Family and Romance.
TripAdvisor’s community has chosen Grand Hotel Union as a recipient of the Travelers’ Choice award for the 2nd time in a row, which is a great honour for each recipient, since in the hospitality industry contentment of guests is its priority, and their opinion is immeasurably appreciated.
