AWESOME SPEAKERS!!!!

PATRICK ROUBROEKS, XSAGA, Netherlands

Patrick Roubroeks founded XSAGA, the agency for live communication, 18 years ago. XSAGA is the agency that had since its inception received all the possible awards. He presented his work and talked how inspiration takes an event manager to a creation. He told that the fun part starts by designing your event with four words: momentum, impact, context, and content. His own inspiration comes from visual arts. Every event manager should, by Patrick Roubroeks’ recommendation, pay a close attention to inspirations around them every day, all around them: “Inspiration, curiosity, and imagination are the source of all creativity.”

MICHAEL COWAN, BRAND DISTILLERY and MONT BEER, IRELAND

Michael Cowan produces 30 thousand pints of the first Irish lager Mont Beer a year. Before becoming a beer producer, he used to work in the management and marketing of world-known corporations. He talked about how he left his previous profession and opened his own brewery in the Irish mountains. Reason? He realised that “the best Irish lager” was Peroni – so, the Italian beer! Thus, he decided to make his own Irish lager. And he succeded, he is on the path of making his lager to become a famous Irish lager. So his speech was about how to make a leadership brand from scratch. And he shared with the audience that “Creativity in its true form is a chaos. And chaos is the seed of creativity and innovation.”
