The design of the hotel bar was inspired by the life stories of two of the greatest Croatian inventors, Nikola Tesla and Slavoljub Penkala, who owned a pencil factory in the neighbourhood. The ReUnion restaurant on the ground floor is reminiscent of the old days of the food industry and Union, the first chocolate factory in Southeast Europe, which used to be in this area. In the ReUnion restaurant, you can enjoy the taste of local food made with fresh local ingredients from the Dolac food market, and every evening at the Canopy Central Café Bar hotel guests can enjoy complimentary tastings of snacks and drinks from local craft breweries and wine cellars.
