The first-ever European Food Summit, organized in March 2019, amazed and delighted not only with food but also with many engaging experiences.

The program unfolded for four days and included a professional symposium led by Ana Roš, a world-renowned chef, and Andrea Petrini, one of the key actors in numerous global culinary projects and one of the most influential people in gastronomy.

Other culinary-induced activities that left a lasting impression on the participants included a walk through Ljubljana’s cultural locations and sights, an unforgettable dinner in a magical setting and a ski race on Krvavec.

After its initial success, the amazing event breaking all the rules and expectations is ready for the second edition. For three days, everything will centre around food culturefood diversity and food sustainability. At this year’s European Food Summit, under the slogan “Food for future’s good” you will enrich your food knowledge, but more importantly, you will learn about and co-create the future of food.
