AUTHENTIC MOUNTAIN VILLAGE

Ethno village Stanišići is located at the exit road from Bijeljina, three kilometres from Pavlovic’s bridge. Outside of this time and space, it takes us back to ancestors and provokes admiration for the simplicity of the former lifestyle. Eyes and heart are being relaxed here, a human becomes generous and wise, listening to babbling a stream and watermill. Ethno village Stanišići was founded in 2003 thanks to Boris Stanišić’s inspiration. It is an authentic mountain village in the heart of Semberia plain.

The village consists of two units nowadays. The cottages are connected by stone paths and in the centre of the village are two lakes. The unit other presents spiritual life and it is made by medieval architecture in stone which is actually a group of replicas of historic and religious importance.

Ethno village Stanišići possesses three modern staterooms: Moskva, Volga and St.Peterburg. The staterooms are designed and built according to the highest world standards while their exterior is completely adapted to the ethnic style of the whole village. Designers equipped the interior with modern furniture which is adapted for different purposes – from organizing festive events (wedding parties, anniversaries, graduation parties) to educational meetings, presentations, conferences, congresses, fairs.
Moskva and St. Peterburg staterooms can be joined in one unit while Volga stateroom is connected to wide stairs and a lift. All these staterooms have a view of the whole village.
