REVAMP OF PRAGUE EXHIBITION GROUNDS
One of the most expansive projects in Prague will see the revitalisation of the vast area home to the Prague Exhibition Grounds. The centrepiece of the development is the Industrial Palace, dating to 1891. The modern event complex will be able to accept up to 10,000 attendees upon completion. Prague’s latest development will help it rank among global leaders for exhibitions and trade shows.

The venue has already cemented itself as the premier event space for large trade shows, conferences and congresses. Its Križik Pavillions, the restored Bohemia Pavillion, Brussels Road and outdoor venues welcome over 2 million visitors annually. The spacious Križik Pavillions can accommodate up to 1,500 attendees and have become the preferred venue in Prague for conferences and exhibitions. Surrounding the two pavilions is an outdoor amphitheatre with a capacity of up to 6,000 participants, ideal for concerts and theatre performances. Atop the two pavilions, guests can enjoy stunning views from the rooftop terraces overlooking the green Stromovka Park. The planting of the flat roofs with vegetation will not provide a welcoming environment for visitors, but also a natural cooling of the local microclimate during the hot summer months. This will create a new green oasis for Prague’s residents.

With a superb location adjoining lush gardens and public areas and excellent accessibility to the Prague Airport, Prague Exhibition Grounds is poised to transform into one of Europe’s most unique event venues.
