Best Western Hotels & Resorts’ Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Dorothy Dowling, has been re-elected as Allied Leadership Council (ALC) President for the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) – the world’s largest professional association and a leading source of business travel knowledge.
