An event hall in a royal environment
The authentically rebuilt Royal Guard Budapest sits at the heart of Buda Castle. It is a venue that has become renowned for its royal backdrop and is capable of hosting events for more than 200 people. It is unique and impressive due to its unique furniture resembling a peacetime café and its fantastic views. The experience is unique because of cutting-edge technology and the decor that commemorates Hungary’s former heroes. Thus guests can experience the spirit of both the past and the present.
Royal Guard Café
Capable of hosting events for a maximum of 100 people; thE area has a ’turn of the century café’ atmosphere. It is equipped with its own bar and kitchen. Miklós hall is a separable part of it. Moreover, it has a terrace for 40 people to view the Matthias fountain.
Lipót Hall
This hall is a classic ballroom capable of hosting events for up to 80 people and offers a splendid vista of the Tabán area. It’s a large, bright space with separately controlled mood lighting, projector and conference and stage technology.
On the first floor of the reborn Royal Guard building, a long-needed exhibition wows guests with over five hundred paintings, lithographs and archive photographs, mostly displayed for the first time that showcases the 260 year history of the Hungarian guards with several interesting objects on display.
