We evaluate hotels for demanding international event organisers and on the intiative of our readers. Since the start of the evaluation, a mesmerising 472 hotels and 44 convention centres have been evaluated. Out of all evaluated hotels, 40,9% of them were certified.

With the help of the evaluation matrix for venues, we check 654 tangible evaluation criteria, divided into various categories. Among others, the hidden guest assesses first contact with the guest, general impression upon arrival, employee behaviour and numerous others.

The certificate of excellence, MEETINGS STAR, is divided into:

GOLD certificate – final score from 4.81 to 5.00
SILVER certificate – final score from 4.61 to 4.80
BRONZE certificate – final score from 4.41 to 4.60
