Although World of Volvo will open for the first time in Spring 2024, companies seeking a cutting-edge conference or event can book now, with the new meeting place in Gothenburg offering unique facilities and stunning views for up to 1,100 people, suitable for companies of all sizes.
Götaplatsgruppen, the renowned restaurant owner, will serve high-quality food and the Volvo companies will offer an exclusive access to selected speakers. The interactive Volvo exhibition is included for all conference participants.

Construction of Gothenburg’s new landmark and meeting place, World of Volvo, is currently in full swing, but conferences, events or other types of gatherings can already be booked. Located on the building’s fifth, and highest floor, seven conference rooms will offer an inspiring setting with stunning interior design and adjoining lounges.
The rooms, all given natural-sounding names such as “Rocks”, “Cliffs” and “Fields”, are adapted for different types of gatherings and have all been equipped with the latest technology. Outside the rooms, there are areas for mingle, creative workshops or break-out sessions. There is also the possibility to rent the World of Volvo broadcast studio, “Streams”, to organise various digital events such as panel discussions or live podcasts.

All food at World of Volvo will be prepared by the well-known Götaplatsgruppen and served in a variety of alternative arrangements and combinations on different floors. Götaplatsgruppen will offer an exciting new food concept with conference packages that are scalable to suit different types of events. Curious conference participants will enjoy free entry to the interactive exhibition, taking them on a journey from the past to the present, and into the future. In addition, all companies will have the opportunity to book various team building activities and inspiring speakers from Volvo for tailor-made lectures.
