VIRTUOSO IN LAS VEGAS

Ljubljana, in cooperation with the Slovenian Tourist Board, had already strengthened business ties with Virtuoso members at the association’s main business event in Las Vegas, USA. held this year from 10 to 16 August.

It brought together 4,700 tourism professionals worldwide, including tourism providers, destinations, and travel agents. In the opening part of this year’s 36th edition of the event, the Slovenian Tourist Board, in collaboration with Ljubljana Tourism, the Kempinski Palace Portorož Hotel, and the Luxury Slovenia agency, organized a “Destination Training” for Virtuoso agents or advisors, presenting Slovenia’s tourism offerings.

Ljubljana Tourism also held numerous individual meetings with travel advisors at the event, showcasing Ljubljana and the surrounding Central Slovenia region as a diverse, sustainable destination for unique experiences in the high-income guest segment.
