The company based in Vienna has achieved international success and was awarded the catering contract after submitting a provider bid as part of a European tendering process. This means that Josef Donhauser’s DoN group will remain a perfectly positioned partner for Congress Messe Innsbruck (CMI) and will cater for international guests at both locations at a wide range of events, from international congresses and social events to public and trade fairs.
With its three locations, Congress Innsbruck, Messe Innsbruck and Congresspark igls, Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH (CMI) is at the heart of all the congress, meetings, trade fair and event activities that take place in Tirol, welcoming over half a million visitors every year. DoN has been delighting guests as a catering partner at Congress Innsbruck since 2016 and at Messe Innsbruck since 2023.
An EU-wide tendering process was launched, enabling potential providers to bid for the concession across the two locations, Congress Innsbruck and Messe Innsbruck, after the exclusive catering lease agreement expired. CMI’s long-standing catering partner, DoN, won the tender and was awarded the contract. In doing so, DoN has laid the foundations for continuing this successful culinary partnership.
