One of the highlights this year will be the annual award ceremony for the Conventa Best Event Award (CBEA), a competition that has been uncovering best practice cases and innovative approaches to event organising across Europe since 2012. The finalists will present their projects in person in front of an international jury and audience, who will vote for the winners.

Entries for CBEA 2025 are now open!
If you have organised or plan to organise an exceptional event between 1 January 2024 and 18 July 2025, you can enter the competition and compete for the coveted title of the best event in Europe. The entries close on 18 July 2025, while all finalists must submit their materials by 25 July 2025. The finalists will be announced on 11 August 2025, while the winners will be crowned on the stage of Conventa Crossover. A twenty-member international jury will evaluate the projects. In 2025, their work will be complemented by the Client Jury, a dedicated jury comprising representatives of established brands.
