In March 2025, Prague once again showed why it holds the title of the creative epicentre of the event scene in Central Europe. The sixth edition of Event Fest turned the iconic space of Výstaviště Praha into a centre of ideas, innovation and inspiration – breaking records and confirming the status as a key gathering of event and marketing professionals in the region.
With over 2,500 participants, 154 exhibitors and more than 50 speakers, this Event Fest was not only bigger – it was more daring. The atmosphere in the Křižíkovy pavilions and the spectacularly renovated Nova Spirála was filled with incredibly positive energy.
New Spiral, new energy
For the first time, the New Spiral became the home of the Event Vision conference, and its circular construction enabled an attractive and innovative stage layout. In that space, 250 handpicked guests listened to speakers from all over the world through different formats that merged form and content into a different festival experience.
A future-facing panel
At the centre of the program was a BEIC panel discussion on the topic “The impact of AI on trends in the event industry” – a topic that is no longer the future but the present. The panel included industry experts: Jens Mayer – CEO of Jack Morton, Thomas Kenyeri – Co-founder of the agency KESCH, Emilia Petcu – Project Director Universum Events, Yevhen Shaposhnikov – Co-founder Filosofia Event Group, Anni Linko – Partner in Management Events Studio and Vesna Vlašić, Director of McCann Sarajevo. The interlocutors shared unique perspectives – one in which technology helps, but humanity conquers.
