We strive to be self-sufficient and environmentally responsible. The hotel is equipped with modern technologies that enable energy-efficient operations, reduce water consumption, and manage waste responsibly. Using eco-friendly materials and technology minimizes environmental impact and promotes a sustainable business model.
To meet Hotel Materra’s energy needs related to heating, cooling, ventilation, hot water preparation, and pool heating, a geothermal booster heat pump system was installed. This system uses water at 40–45°C and raises its temperature to 70°C. A solar power plant is also installed on the hotel roof and parking canopies. Our hotel parking offers five electric car charging stations that are completely free for all guests with accommodation reservations.
