Among the agencies climbing the ranking, the most significant progress comes from Luka (Latvia), which rises 9 positions to reach 12th place, followed by Spain’s Experientia, which jumped from 11th place last year directly to third place on the podium.
The BEA World Top 50 Event Agencies ranking rewards agencies for their creativity, innovative approach, strategic thinking, and impact, and also recognises their long-standing loyalty to the festival.
The ranking does not capture the success of a single year, but instead rewards consistency of participation, project capabilities, creative effectiveness over time and production quality recognised by international juries. It therefore represents a historical and comparative indicator of the most successful BEA World agencies over the long term, based solely on the results of their events.

“Being mentioned in the ranking of the top 50 agencies at the BEA World Festival is a great pleasure.”
At the top of the podium is the Italian agency Ninetynine, which, with 71 points, climbs two positions compared to the third place it held in the previous edition of the ranking. It is followed by the Dutch agency Xsaga – Member of 27Names, which, with 58 points, moves into second place after several years at the top of the ranking.
“We are happy and deeply honoured to have been recognised as the best agency at BEA World: a result that fills us with pride and confirms that we are on the right path. This recognition is not accidental, but the result of a constant commitment and a model we have been building for years. We have developed an approach to managing complexity that integrates advanced project management, multidisciplinary expertise and a strong ability to coordinate between public and private stakeholders. It is a concrete demonstration of our ability to manage complex and large-scale projects, bringing together institutions, third-sector organizations and a wide range of stakeholders in synergy,” commented Simone Mazzarelli, CEO and Founder of Ninetynine.
Echoing this sentiment is Patrick Roubroeks, Founding Director of XSAGA, who stated: “Being mentioned in the ranking of the top 50 agencies at the BEA World Festival is a great pleasure. Being second in this line-up of world-class agencies is a great honour; not only for Team XSAGA, but also for our trusted partners and clients who share the belief that working together leads to the best and most effective results.”
In joint third place are the Dutch agency WINK with 55 points, tied with Spain’s Experientia, which jumped eight positions from last year’s 11th place to reach the podium.
Entering the Top Five, rising two positions, is Next Group – Member of 27Names (Italy) with 54 points, while Balich Wonder Studio confirms its sixth place, tied with Auditoire France/China.

Among the other agencies climbing the ranking, after Experientia, the most significant progress comes from Luka (Latvia), which moves up nine positions to reach 12th place.
An analysis of results from 2017 to 2025
The Top 50 ranking of the best agencies participating in BEA World was developed through a systematic analysis of the results achieved between 2017 and 2025, starting from the year when EUBEA evolved into the current international format, BEA World. The ranking considers exclusively the performance of events that were entered and awarded.
For each edition, all placements obtained by the awarded events were collected, and each placement was assigned a corresponding score. The scores were then aggregated by agency to build a multi-year overall ranking.
The calculation does not include the Best Agency award or any ad personam or individual awards.
